Scott is more coach and less instructor, his deep voice compelling you to move to the beat of the music while driving you to a healthy level of exhaustion with each set. A “tech” guy outside the studio, Scott loves the physicality that 30/60/90 brings to his day and wants each of his students to leave his class challenged, spent, but fulfilled and ready to take on the world. Take Scott’s class and he will totally kick your ass!

She may be perky and pint-sized but don't let that fool you! Rachael is a total badass at motivating clients to perform at their highest level! Coming from a dance background and obsessed with rhythmic training and excellent form, Rachael’s goal is for every one of her students to discover that they are stronger than they think and no matter how far they advance there's always a way to take it to the next level. No challenge! No change!

Peyton competed in gymnastics in school and majored in dance in college, but it wasn’t until 30/60/90 that he combined his athleticism, musicality, and drive into a fitness career. His active, energetic, and encouraging approach to teaching will keep you motivated to work harder with every class you take, while also focusing on perfecting your form. There will be moments when giving up seems the best option but Peyton makes the burn more enjoyable and fun! You will definitely get addicted wanting to come back for more!

Darbi became an “aerobics” instructor at 18 (think thongs, leg warmers, that “Call On Me” music video) and since then she has taught everything from cardio funk to kickboxing to cycling. However, 30/60/90 remains her favorite format and her classes are equal parts heart-pounding intensity, belly laughs and life-coaching. In Darbi’s room, you will discover who you are, become more aligned with that person you want to be and you may make new friends. NYC is a tough place to survive, but Darbi can help you develop the determination and fortitude to thrive. Join her. #beastmodeon

Iggy took his first 30/60/90 class in 2011 and was barely able to finish - it was “LOVE at first class.” Since then, he has become a regular at the 30/60/90 studio and his desire is to make each 30/60/90 class as fun as he possibly can. Take Iggy’s class, and he will definitely push you past what you thought were your physical limits, but he’ll likely have you singing along to BRITNEY (or any other pop icon) in the process!

Anthony loves a good dance party! A professional photographer with previous dance experience, Anthony channels his creative side to search for colorful approaches to fitness that transcend everyday workout routines, infusing his classes with on-the-dance-floor sweaty vibes. If you take Anthony’s class, he will inspire you through some of the hardest parts of the workout while delivering you to a new level of maximum effort; but he’ll also give you a high-five when you finish!

Ari’s been teaching group fitness since 2004 since he was in law school and has loved inspiring clients of all ages, shapes and sizes towards healthier hearts, stronger bodies and improved confidence. Ari may now be a law professor but he doesn’t take himself too seriously! Ari has tons of fun teaching 30/60/90 and his intense classes provide you with a mental break from the daily grind that will leave you feeling challenged, sweaty AF, but also happy with your achievement and ready to come back the next day!

Originally someone who hardly worked out, Ben discovered 30/60/90 a few years ago and was drawn in by the musicality and rhythm and he grew to love the format. Now, his goal in every class is to create an experience that combines sweat and smiles from his students. If you’re a first timer or conditioned athlete, Ben will definitely guide you through each of the moves and help get the most out of his classes. Get ready for those cardio pushes, to have fun, and to sweat!
